Adrienne and I had an informal chat which was then followed a few weeks later by a very professional presentation, including slides and ideas that she had collated specifically for Isabella. The presentation was ‘eye-opening’ and gave me so many ideas for moving forward in the future, it renewed my interest, which may have waned somewhat over thirty years, educated me regarding how the customers today want to experience a retail environment and gave me new product ideas and layout ideas.
