The Modern Shopkeeper Spark Session gives us the chance to focus on one area of your business where you feel stuck or want to make a change.
This could be your shopfront and windows, customer experience, community connections, collaborations, communication, events or retail theatre.
Before the session, I’ll ask you to complete a short questionnaire and send me a selection of photographs or other useful information. We’ll then spend
60 minutes together online, looking at what is happening now, exploring new possibilities and working out what you can realistically do next.
You’ll leave with fresh ideas, renewed energy and a clear set of actions to start putting into place.
